I am presently looking for benefactors to fund two different illumination
projects that are calling strongly to me.
Rumi
The first one is a long standing Rumi illumination project.
Rumi's work and life has guided me for decades as an inspiration and oracle.
Coleman Barks has given me permission to
use his translations in combination with the images. This project is
10 large scale canvases and a coffee table book.
Angels of Passage
I have been a student of books of the dead and the great laws for many years.
Portraits of the guides and guardians of different chambers of knowledge
and rites of passage are taking on great clarity. I want to illuminate them
with large scale canvases. Twelve canvases to exact. Nothing like squaring
the circle.
